I've never been a great fan of Hilary Clinton. The one thing she stated that I wholly agreed with was a "great right wing conspiracy".
Unfortunately, whether she is the first credible woman candidate running for president or not, I cannot help but to assume that Hilary as President of the United States of America will continue the grand tradition of Washington insider politics without a lot of benefits resulting for the common, ordinary voter.
One thing has clearly marked Bill and Hilary's rise - money - and lots of it! Hilary, like her husband and the current president will consistently on the side of Wall Street, the banking lobbyists and a whole host of lobbyists that have little concern for the country much less the middle class and the poor will remain to be distant, rarely thought about irritant.
Think about the enormous, well-funded Clinton Foundation. Then too, think about all the foreign contributions accepted by Hilary during her stint as Secretary of State. The Clinton's have played the game well and will continue to do so!
Of course, with no other progressive democratic candidate in the race for prez to date, it appears that we will have to choose the lesser of two evils - a Hilary over a Cruz or a Paul! What a sad, sad state of American politics!
