Baltimore Riot Is Obama's Fault

Today I realized that Facebook is a place that sets off my emotions and makes my blood boil! A few months ago my blood pressure rose because of a statement made by a young white man under thirty whose mother married into the family. He referred to Michael Brown as a "thug" and didn't think his insult was racially based.

I, like most Facebook folks, regularly receive "notifications" from people we share our lives with. A few people are ex-students. I have learned to ignore postings from certain individuals. Those postings often are some rant against Barack Obama or the democrats or a host of other stupid stuff that just flows without thought.

I expressly ignore the postings from one of my ex-students. More often than not, the postings from this individual is typified by his love affair with guns, high-powered rifles, body piercing ammunition and fast cars. Today, his brief posting blatantly blames Obama for the riot in Baltimore. The misguided and stupid accusation just struck a very raw nerve.
